As March draws to a close, I find myself reflecting on the strides I've made as a small business owner on TeachersPayTeachers.com. This month has been a whirlwind of creativity, growth, and dedication to my goals. I made a promise to myself to expand my reach and create more resources, and I'm proud to say I've kept that promise.

One of the highlights of this month has been my commitment to diversifying my content across various platforms. From Pinterest to TikTok and Instagram, I've been consistently creating and sharing valuable content for my audience. The effort has paid off, with my TikTok following surpassing 1K and my Instagram gathering 387 followers. It's incredibly rewarding to see my hard work resonate with others and to build a community around my passion for education.

In addition to expanding my online presence, I've also been focusing on honing my skills as an illustrator. While I've been diligently creating Culturally Responsive and Inclusive worksheets, I've realized the importance of balancing this with my passion project of illustrating a children's book. Today, I'm committing to dedicating more time to bringing that vision to life, knowing that storytelling is a powerful tool for education and representation.

Amidst all these creative endeavors, I haven't lost sight of my long-term projects. I've continued to make progress on writing my Self-Help book for Neurodivergent individuals, recognizing the importance of providing support and guidance for this community. Additionally, my journey in co-teaching has been evolving, and I'm pleased to say that my co-teacher and I are finding our flow. Collaborating effectively is key to creating impactful educational experiences, and I'm excited to see how our partnership continues to grow.

As I look back on this month, I'm filled with gratitude for the opportunities to learn, create, and connect. Every challenge has been an opportunity for growth, and I'm more determined than ever to keep pushing forward on this journey as a small business owner and educator. Here's to continued growth, creativity, and making a difference in the lives of learners everywhere.
